We are delivering a £100 million mixed-use scheme to accommodate education, media and commercial office space, alongside, alongside new homes, retail opportunities, and high-quality landscaping totalling 188,031 sq ft (17,467 sq m).

At the heart of Phoenix Yard sits Phoenix Square, a new public realm where heritage streets and modern design come together to create a central hub for people to meet, connect and unwind.

Sustainable landscaping and native tree planting, brings nature into the urban fabric, creating a green gateway into Digbeth. Together, these elements foster a thriving community where people can live, work, and gather in a truly connected, engaging environment.

Phoenix Yard offers the flexibility to accommodate a dynamic mix of commercial space, alongside new homes, purpose-built student accommodation, a hotel, and independent retail, creating a thriving mixed-use destination.

Purpose designed co-living accommodation could form part of the next phase, providing a flexible, contemporary way to live and work in the heart of Digbeth. Residents will benefit from private, self-contained rooms, complemented by generous shared amenities, including communal kitchens, collaborative workspaces, and the potential for on-site wellbeing facilities such as a gym.

Alongside this, the addition of a hotel would introduce alternative short-stay accommodation, helping to meet the day-to-day demands of the area’s growing creative community.

This integrated work-life approach will provide a practical and flexible solution for major occupiers, particularly within the media and creative industries, supporting project-based teams, visiting talent and production crews who require high-quality overnight accommodation close to where they work.
